Every model the giants give away makes our work cheaper, not worthless. So we don’t sell what the models do. Both come from the same versioned record. *What we do* ## Three ways to work with 5002. ### New market, new language `offer.new-market-new-language` · Status: in design · Flagship · v0.2 We run a company's entry into a new market and a new language, end to end, and get paid on the revenue of that new market. - **Stage:** Offer and measurement contract written. - **Problem:** A company that sells in English leaves Spanish-speaking buyers out (the US Hispanic market, Spain, Latin America), or a Latin American company cannot sell in English. Translating the site is not enough: the product, payments, support and channels have to work in the other language. - **Fits:** Software, e-commerce, online education and digital products that already sell online and can charge in the new market without complex logistics. This fit is a hypothesis that the first conversations will adjust. - **Does not fit:** Companies that only need their site translated: free tools are enough. Companies without online sales. Regulated products that need local licences (finance, health) until there is a legal review. - **What we need from you:** Approval of every change to the product; Read-only access to the sales of the new market; A technical marker that keeps the new market separate: its own domain or subdomain, currency or merchant account; A baseline signed before starting (zero if the market did not exist) - **What you get:** Diagnosis of the new market from public sources: demand, competitors, channels and local price; Site, app, catalog, onboarding emails and checkout copy transcreated, with bilingual quality control; Local payments set up with the client's own providers; 5002 never touches the money; Support in the new language (optional, agreed separately); Organic and paid channels in the new language; media spend is paid by the client; Agent-readable presence in both languages - **Acceptance:** Net revenue of the new market above the signed baseline, read in the client's own payment and sales systems. The baseline is zero if the market did not exist; if there were already sales in that language or country, it is the average of the 6 months before signing, and only revenue above it counts. 5002 issues a monthly statement that the client validates within 10 days and can audit at any time. - **Pricing:** Share of new-market revenue above the baseline, for 12 to 24 months, with a floor of zero and an annual cap. The rate and the cap are agreed with each client. No number is published.
