# Catalog for agents · Organism 5002

The offers of Organism 5002 as an agent receives them. The page, the Markdown and the JSON come from the same versioned record. No price is published.

Schema `5002.catalog/0.2` · Updated 2026-10-23 · JSON: [catalog.json](catalog.json) · [catalog.schema.json](catalog.schema.json) · [llms.txt](../llms.txt)

## Who runs it

2 people in Santa Bárbara, Buenos Aires, Argentina, a project of Condor Lab V2. Legal entity: In definition. Until it exists, no contract is signed.

**Contact:** There is no public email or form yet. The contact channel opens with the organism's domain; until then 5002 takes no briefs through this site.

"5000 + 2" and "Built by 5,000 super agents and 2 superhumans" are a joke about scale: the 2 is literal, the 5,000 is not a count.

## New market, new language

`offer.new-market-new-language` · Status: in design · Flagship · v0.2

We run a company's entry into a new market and a new language, end to end, and get paid on the revenue of that new market.

- **Stage:** Offer and measurement contract written.
- **Problem:** A company that sells in English leaves Spanish-speaking buyers out (the US Hispanic market, Spain, Latin America), or a Latin American company cannot sell in English. Translating the site is not enough: the product, payments, support and channels have to work in the other language.
- **Fits:** Software, e-commerce, online education and digital products that already sell online and can charge in the new market without complex logistics. This fit is a hypothesis that the first conversations will adjust.
- **Does not fit:** Companies that only need their site translated: free tools are enough. Companies without online sales. Regulated products that need local licences (finance, health) until there is a legal review.
- **What we need from you:** Approval of every change to the product; Read-only access to the sales of the new market; A technical marker that keeps the new market separate: its own domain or subdomain, currency or merchant account; A baseline signed before starting (zero if the market did not exist)
- **What you get:** Diagnosis of the new market from public sources: demand, competitors, channels and local price; Site, app, catalog, onboarding emails and checkout copy transcreated, with bilingual quality control; Local payments set up with the client's own providers; 5002 never touches the money; Support in the new language (optional, agreed separately); Organic and paid channels in the new language; media spend is paid by the client; Agent-readable presence in both languages
- **Acceptance:** Net revenue of the new market above the signed baseline, read in the client's own payment and sales systems. The baseline is zero if the market did not exist; if there were already sales in that language or country, it is the average of the 6 months before signing, and only revenue above it counts. 5002 issues a monthly statement that the client validates within 10 days and can audit at any time.
- **Pricing:** Share of new-market revenue above the baseline, for 12 to 24 months, with a floor of zero and an annual cap. The rate and the cap are agreed with each client. No number is published. If the new market brings no revenue, 5002 charges nothing.
- **Depends on:** A legal entity able to sign revenue-share contracts (in definition)
- **Next:** First pilots with a signed baseline
- **Updated:** 2026-10-23

## Bilingual capacity for agencies

`offer.agency-capacity` · Status: in design · v0.2

Campaign, content and reporting work in English and Spanish, delivered under the agency's brand at a fixed price per deliverable.

- **Stage:** Offer written, with three sample deliverables made with invented brands.
- **Problem:** Agencies have the clients and the reputation, and on busy weeks they lack hands that can work in both languages without hurting their margin.
- **Fits:** Marketing and growth agencies whose clients sell in English and Spanish.
- **Does not fit:** Word-for-word translation of internal documents: a free tool may be enough. 5002 is worth it when the copy has to sell.
- **What we need from you:** A brief; The source material; Brand guidelines; The agency's NDA, if it uses one
- **What you get:** Ad variants transcreated EN↔ES on top of the agency's creatives; Transcreated landing pages with SEO metadata for the target market; Email sequences adapted, not translated; Localized SEO articles with keywords researched for the target market; A month of bilingual social posts from one brief; Subtitles in both languages and short voiceovers; Monthly bilingual reports built from the data the agency sends; Bilingual lead routing and auto-replies in the agency's own tools; Market snapshots of the US Hispanic market or Spain, from public sources
- **Acceptance:** The agency accepts the deliverable. Up to two revision rounds are included. A bilingual human reviews every deliverable before it is delivered.
- **Pricing:** Fixed price per deliverable, agreed before each job. The price list is sent on request and is not published.
- **Depends on:** —
- **Our work:** work.agency-samples
- **Next:** Scope, price and delivery date within one business day of receiving a brief
- **Updated:** 2026-10-23

## Fixed-scope AI projects

`offer.fixed-scope-ai-projects` · Status: in design · v0.2

Automations, AI features and 90-day AI plans with a closed scope, a fixed price and a measured baseline.

- **Stage:** Six closed services written. The Upwork profile is not open yet.
- **Problem:** Small and mid-size companies want AI to remove manual work or to improve a product, and they need a closed scope they can check, not open-ended hours.
- **Fits:** Projects with a clear acceptance criterion: one process to automate, one AI feature to integrate or evaluate, or a 90-day plan.
- **Does not fit:** Standalone chatbots and standalone websites: the big platforms already give them away. Open-ended hourly work. If a free tool already solves the problem, 5002 says so before being hired.
- **What we need from you:** Access to the process or the product involved; The data or documents for the job; An acceptance criterion agreed before starting
- **What you get:** AI automation sprint: one process mapped and automated with the client's tools; AI feature integration (search over documents or an internal assistant) with a quality report; AI strategy and a 90-day roadmap with measurable baselines; Data and reporting automation with a weekly summary reviewed by a person; Spanish-market launch kit for SaaS: app strings, store listings and onboarding emails; Evaluation of an existing AI feature: test set, failure analysis and fixes
- **Acceptance:** An acceptance criterion written before starting and checked in the client's own systems. A person reviews every deliverable.
- **Pricing:** Fixed price per project, agreed before starting. Not published.
- **Depends on:** An Upwork account and identity verification, done by a person
- **Next:** Upwork profile with the six closed services
- **Updated:** 2026-10-23

## Support in the new language

`offer.support-in-new-language` · Status: planned · v0.2

Customer support in the language of the new market, charged per verified resolution.

- **Stage:** Planned as an add-on to the flagship offer.
- **Problem:** Customers in the new market need support in their own language.
- **Fits:** Companies already running the new-market offer.
- **Does not fit:** Generic FAQ bots: free tools are enough.
- **What we need from you:** Access to the client's support tool; The product's knowledge base
- **What you get:** Support in the new language, charged per verified resolution
- **Acceptance:** Resolution rate above a threshold agreed with the client.
- **Pricing:** Per verified resolution. Not set yet.
- **Depends on:** offer.new-market-new-language
- **Next:** —
